CHMK, Sulaimani: A significant academic study focusing on the privacy policy and data protection standards of Kurdish websites was approved this week at Sulaimani Polytechnic University.
Researcher Nabaz Anwar Jamal successfully defended his Master’s thesis, “Privacy Policy and its Reflection in Kurdish Websites,” before the Council of the Technical College of Management. The study provides a critical look at how local digital platforms handle user data and privacy regulations.
The discussion was led by a committee of experts, including Prof. Rebar Goran Mustafa, Prof. Azad Abdulaziz Mohammed, and Prof. Kamil Omar Sulaiman, under the supervision of Associate Prof. Dr. Shwan Adam Aivas. After a rigorous examination of the findings, the committee granted the researcher the Master’s degree.
